Amino acid composition of shrimp paste

 

 

According to ideal mode standard of FAO/WHO, amino acid composition of high-quality protein is about 40%.

 

 

Five functions 

1. Important elements: contains high potassium, calcium, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, and other elements


2. Flavor amino acid: high content of flavor amino acids (glutamic acid, aspartic acid, and glycine)


3. Astaxanthin: astaxanthin content is 150-300ppm
